Our security guards are not only experts in protection but are also specially trained in VA S.A.V.E. (Signs, Ask, Validate, Encourage and Expedite) training. This specialized training ensures that our guards are equipped to recognize and respond to the signs of emotional distress or crisis in veterans, providing a crucial layer of support within VA hospitals and facilities.

VA S.A.V.E. training is a comprehensive program designed by the Department of Veterans Affairs to equip individuals with the skills necessary to identify and support veterans who may be at risk for suicide. The training focuses on:

• Ask: Approaching and asking the veteran about their well-being.
• Validate: Validating their feelings and experiences.

First Point of Contact:Our security guards are often the first individuals that veterans encounter when entering a VA facility.
